Speak Off #2!
Join us for an evening of fun and networking, and get to know other Republicans in your area! The MC for the evening will be special guest radio host Mitch Berg (from AM1280 The Patriot). You’ll also have the chance to speak about an issue you care about, and hear what issues your fellow Republicans care about. The first event was a huge success, so the SD51 GOP will be hosting another “speak off” on Tuesday, September 22nd. The event will take place at Casper’s Cherokee of Eagan (4625 Nicols Road, Eagan MN 55122) from 6:45 to 8:15pm. Doors open at 5:30 for registration and a social hour (feel free to order dinner and/or drinks – it’s $6 hamburger night at Casper’s!).
Do you have an opinion about the candidates for president? Illegal immigration? The open CD2 congressional seat? Hillary’s e-mails? Which lives matter?
Sign up to give a speech or just come and listen to others! Each speaker will give a two minute speech, and we will vote for the best speech. The speech with the most votes will win a $50 gift certificate to Casper’s!
We are limited to 20 speakers, so please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in speaking. Everyone is invited to participate!
The cost is $5 to attend, and additional $5 if you will be speaking. You will receive a bag of coins that you can use to cast votes for your favorite speeches. You can distribute your votes between multiple speakers or give them all to a single speaker. Additional coins can be purchased for an additional $5. All contributions will help us to elect Republicans in 2016!
